Rates & Policies

Our rooms are designed for a maximum occupancy of two people per room (adults only or children over 13).

2008 SUMMER RATES

Valid June 16 through September 15th

Occasional 1 night stays are available (must call for availability and price).

WINTER RATES

Valid September 16 through June 15th

Off-season specials are effective October 16 through May 15

Policies

Deposit policy: a 50% deposit is necessary to reserve a room.  Visa & MasterCard  are welcome.  Personal checks are accepted if payment is made in full 30 days in advance of reservation.  Credit card required for all stays regardless of form of payment.

Cancellation policy: A cancellation made 14 days or more in advance will receive a refund of the deposit. (less a $25.00 cancellation fee). Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will forfeit their deposit.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of reservation will be charged for the entire stay.

Check in time after 3 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 am

We have a very strict No Pets, No Smoking and No Young Children Policy.  No pets are allowed on the property. Our establishment is not suitable for children under 13 years of age (minor exceptions may be made).  Smoking is only permitted outside .  Candles are not allowed in the cabins.  A violation of any of our policies will result in fines (up to $300).
