Estes Park B & B Rates and Policies

Need a romantic weekend escape or even a longer vacation with your special someone? Stay at Mountain Shadows Resort and experience our Estes Park B & B! We have a number of themed cabins in Estes Park, CO. Each couples cabin has a private hot tub in the room and you will also be treated to complimentary yogurt, muffins, coffee and more in the morning!

2010 Summer & Holiday Rates
Valid June 16 through September 15 and all holidays.
-2 Night (minimum) $ 179.00 per night
-Occasional 1 night stays are available (please call for availability and price).

Mid-Season Rates
Valid May 16 through June 15 and September 16 through October 15

-2 Night (minimum) weekends $ 169.00 per night
-Occasional 1 night stays are available (please call for availability and price).

Winter Rates

Valid October 16 through May 15
-Buy 2 nights and get the 3rd night FREE. $ 159.00 per night.

The rooms at our Estes Park B & B are designed for a maximum occupancy of two people per room (adults only or children over 13)

Policies

Deposit policy: a 50% deposit is necessary to reserve a room. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are welcome. Personal checks are accepted if payment is made in full 30 days in advance of reservation. Credit card required for all stays regardless of form of payment.

Cancellation policy: All requests for reservation cancellation or changes must be in writing, either by e-mail, fax or letter, and confirmed by Mountain Shadows Resort. Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded minus $ 25.00 if notice is given 30 days prior to your arrival date. On cancellations less than 30 days, the deposit will be held as a cancellation fee. On cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Sorry, no refunds for early departure.

Check in time is after 3:00 pm. Check out time is 10:00 am.

Some of our cabins are pet friendly, call for availability and pricing. All cabins are smoke free. Smoking is only permitted outside. Candles are not allowed in the cabins. A violation of any of our policies will result in fines up to $ 300.00
